See these yoga, breath , and meditation practices as little snacks. Something you can easily do whenever you want to feel more grounded and supported, or just want to get some space from your thoughts. As little as 2 minutes will make a difference.

The once I share here will be 2-10 minute practices. They are simple and they will help balance the nervous system. You can’t do them wrong and its not about getting it right, it’s about having an experience. Each exercise is an opportunity for you to pay attention to your body and mind in a gentle and kind way, to find your way back to your natural state of ease and wellbeing.
